Shipping Policy

All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Priority Express.

Additionally, International shipping is also available for the in Canada and Australia. The shipping method is selected during checkout. Any item mailed internationally may be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty.

USPS does not operate on Sundays or holidays and shipping times are affected by national weather, so please take that into consideration when placing an order. USPS does not guarantee shipping times. We are not responsible for delayed or lost items. All items are shipped from Tampa, Florida.

Return Policy

Because cookie cutters are made when orders are placed, all cutter items are final. If you receive a cutter in error, damaged, or possibly missing from an order, please contact me right away to coordinate a solution at mike@semisweetdesigns.com
